A unique way to elevate the taste of your bhutta during this monsoon. Roast the bhutta on an open flame, genrously coat with butter that's flavoured with Do Chutki Indori Jiravan and Do Chutki Kanpuriya Bhadka Buknu...put back on the flame again for a bit. Enjoy it as is or pair it with garam chai.
